Soap Packaging
This was a soap packaging design for a handmade soap brand, in order to prepare it for store shelves. This design won the GDUSA design excellence award in 2020
Perfect Presentation
This was a primary and secondary packaging design for office supplies. The target audience was Graphic Designers and Graphic Design Students. The tools packaged in 1 inch cubes were rulers, erasers, and exacto blades. The secondary packaging was designed to be a desk shelf to store the cubes and other small items a designer might need and typically lose at their desk due to the small size.
Whiskey Bottle Box
This was a box designed purely for the fun of it. The concept is of a company using the once deserted Flannan Isles Lighthouse as their distillery. The lighthouse itself boasts a spooky history with mysterious disappearances.
The box inscription reads:
The Flannan Isles may be known as “The Seven Hunters” but the largest of these coastal islands Eilean Moore, is herself known for a mysterious past. Only a
year after the 1899 construction of the Flannan Isles lighthouse on the grassy hill overlooking the rocky cliff edges of Eilean Moore three lighthouse workers disappeared without a trace during a foggy December rotation on the island. The lighthouse was found locked with freshly prepared food still set at the table. The fate of the workers was
never discovered.
Since 2000 Flannan Isles Distillery has hand crafted superior Scotch Whiskey in the once abandoned lighthouse on Eilean Moore with ingredients from all over Scotland. Aged for 15 years in casks weathered by sea spray this blended scotch whiskey pays homage
to the memories held within the walls
of the Flannan Isles Lighthouse. It is with Scotland’s eerie nautical history in mind that we toast those lost to the volatile
sea and fog.
